Pot Biz Challenges Maine’s Medical Marijuana Residency Rule

Law360 (December 18, 2020, 9:11 PM EST) — A Maine cannabis company that effectively defeated the state’s recreational dispensary license residency requirement in court has taken aim at a similar rule on the medical side of the pot industry, saying it unconstitutionally discriminates against out-of-staters.
